Sundaryah Community Guidelines

Let every record remain truthful, kind, and respectful.

Welcome to Sundaryah. This is a space shaped by documentaries, cities, cultural places, travel routes, and personal footprints. You may discover cities and landscapes through documentaries, or leave your own travel fragments, everyday observations, written footprints, documentary notes, and quiet echoes.

Sundaryah hopes to remain a calm, sincere, and culturally thoughtful platform. It is not designed for noise, confrontation, or personal attacks. We hope every piece of content can feel like a gentle note: short, personal, imperfect, but truthful, kind, and respectful of other people's stories.

Sundaryah Community Guidelines Summary

Before publishing, please make sure your text, images, or videos follow the Sundaryah Community Guidelines.

We welcome truthful, kind, and culturally thoughtful travel records, city observations, documentary notes, written footprints, and personal fragments. You may record a journey, a city, a thought from the road, a response after watching a documentary, an emotion brought by a scene, or a memory left by a place.

Please do not post advertisements, traffic promotion, personal attacks, harassment, vulgar or violent content, misleading information, privacy violations, unauthorized copied works, or pirated documentary resources. Do not upload full documentaries, unauthorized video clips, cloud storage links, download links, or any content that may infringe third-party rights.

Sundaryah is not designed for noise or conflict. Please treat it as a quiet space for recording: write truthfully, respect the landscapes of others, leave your own footprints, and cherish other people's stories.

By publishing content on Sundaryah, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to follow these guidelines.

1. What We Welcome

Sundaryah welcomes truthful, gentle, and culturally thoughtful content. Your writing does not need to be formal or complete like a travel guide. You may record freely, even in just a few sentences.

Section 1.1

Real Travel and Everyday Records

You may record a journey, a road, a city, a street, a landscape, or an ordinary moment that feels worth remembering.

  • Personal feelings during travel
  • Observations from city walks
  • Experiences at cultural places
  • Fragments from the road, including photos, videos, or text
  • Private memories of a place
  • A feeling, thought, or emotion from a particular moment
  • Details of cities, people, landscapes, weather, sounds, and everyday life
  • An imperfect but real walking experience

Content here does not need to be a travel guide. It does not need to include complete routes, prices, schedules, or practical information. You may write loosely, or simply record a feeling from that moment.

Section 1.2

Personal Responses to Documentaries

Sundaryah encourages personal responses to documentaries rather than simple ratings, arguments, or copied official descriptions.

  • A short note after watching a documentary
  • An emotion brought by a scene
  • Cities, landscapes, people, or cultural memories shown in a documentary
  • Personal understanding of a documentary theme
  • Travel interest inspired by a documentary
  • Thoughts on people, places, history, nature, or social issues in a documentary
  • A sentence, echo, or documentary note left after watching

Sundaryah values personal feeling over evaluation pressure. This is not a traditional review section or rating system. You may express appreciation, confusion, emotion, or silence, but please avoid using aggressive language to deny other people's feelings.

Section 1.3

Little Footprints

“Little Footprints” is for recording fragments from life journeys, real journeys, and everyday walks. It can be a travel text, a story behind a photo, a long journey, or simply a thought from passing a street one day.

  • A piece of travel writing
  • The story behind a photo
  • An encounter in a city
  • A thought from the road
  • An emotion left by a place
  • An ordinary but real life record
  • Personal feelings about a city, place, or landscape
  • Extended records related to documentaries, cultural markets, or travel routes

Little Footprints is not a standard guide or a short-video platform. It does not require complete narration, professional expression, or public value. It is more like a small mark gently left on the road. Please keep it truthful and avoid fabricating experiences.

Section 1.4

Written Footprints

“Written Footprints” focuses on text-based expression. It can be very short, like a private note.

  • A single sentence
  • A thought from the road
  • The aftertaste of a journey
  • A small record from an ordinary day
  • An emotion left by a place
  • A quiet echo after watching a documentary
  • Fragmented observations about cities, life, memory, and walking

Written Footprints are not the same as Documentary Notes. Written Footprints are more about personal walking, life, and everyday feelings, while Documentary Notes are more about personal responses and cultural associations after watching documentaries. Please do not turn Written Footprints into ads, arguments, emotional attacks, or meaningless spam.

Section 1.5

Documentary Notes

“Documentary Notes” are for recording personal feelings, emotional echoes, and cultural associations after watching documentaries.

  • Something a documentary scene made you think of
  • A feeling brought by a city or landscape
  • A response to the fate of documentary characters
  • Thoughts on culture, history, nature, or social issues
  • A short viewing echo
  • An incomplete but sincere response after watching

Documentary Notes are not a traditional comment section or rating system. They do not require professional reviews and should not encourage argumentative discussion. Please use your own language and avoid copying large amounts of official text, reviews, or other people's opinions.

2. What We Do Not Encourage

To protect Sundaryah's cultural atmosphere, sincerity, and safety boundaries, please avoid publishing the following types of content.

Section 2.1

Ads or Traffic Promotion Unrelated to the Platform

  • Commercial advertisements
  • Personal traffic promotion
  • Repeated promotional posts
  • False event information
  • Irrelevant product links
  • Irrelevant contact information
  • Marketing content unrelated to documentaries, culture, cities, travel, or personal records
  • Promotional content disguised as travel records or viewing reflections

If Sundaryah opens official collaboration features in the future, they should follow official partnership rules. Without permission, user content areas should not be used for advertising or commercial promotion.

Section 2.2

Attacks, Insults, Harassment, or Malicious Conflict

  • Insults, mockery, or personal attacks
  • Discriminatory content targeting individuals, groups, regions, occupations, gender, ethnicity, or cultural backgrounds
  • Provocation, conflict-baiting, or content that incites hostility
  • Continuous harassment or malicious comments toward other users
  • Humiliating comments about creators, documentary subjects, or ordinary users
  • Insulting labels, hostile nicknames, or clearly aggressive expression

You may disagree with a viewpoint or add a different experience, but please remain respectful. Different viewing experiences can coexist. You do not need to attack others to prove yourself right.

Section 2.3

Vulgar, Violent, Threatening, or Disturbing Content

  • Vulgar or sexual content
  • Graphic violent content
  • Threats, intimidation, or encouragement of harm
  • Images, videos, or text clearly unsuitable for public display
  • Sensational or malicious content disguised as travel, culture, or documentary discussion
  • Content intended to provoke, offend, or humiliate others
  • Malicious expression that may cause clear psychological discomfort

Sundaryah hopes to remain restrained, clean, and calm. If your content involves serious topics, please express them carefully, respectfully, and without sensationalism.

Section 2.4

False, Misleading, or Fabricated Content

  • Fake travel experiences
  • Incorrect location tags
  • Fabricated cultural information
  • Unverified historical, geographical, or public information stated as fact
  • Using others' photos, writing, videos, or experiences as your own
  • Exaggerated, fabricated, or misleading information about a city, place, or work
  • Presenting unconfirmed rumors as facts

If content comes from personal memory, you may write: “I remember…”, “I feel…”, “My impression at the time was…”, or “This is only my personal experience.” If it involves factual information such as history, geography, opening hours, place names, or source information, please write carefully to avoid misleading other users.

3. Copyright and Documentary Content Boundaries

Sundaryah is centered on documentary discovery, cultural understanding, city exploration, and personal expression. The platform does not provide documentary streaming services and does not encourage the sharing of unauthorized film or documentary materials.

Please do not post
  • Full documentary videos
  • Unauthorized documentary clips
  • Piracy viewing links
  • Cloud storage resource links
  • Download links
  • Resource groups, resource packages, or download guidance
  • Large sequences of screenshots
  • Unauthorized copied posters, stills, articles, or descriptions
  • Rewritten reviews, articles, images, or videos presented as original work
  • Any content collection that may substitute for watching the original work
You may share
  • Your own viewing reflections
  • Documentary notes written in your own words
  • Personal understanding of documentary themes
  • Personal associations with cities, culture, people, or landscapes shown in documentaries
  • Reasonable, short, non-substitutive introductory writing
  • Personal expressions of travel inspiration, cultural interest, or emotional response inspired by a work

If your content involves third-party works, please use your own language and avoid making your content a substitute for the original work. Sundaryah encourages discovery and understanding, not copying or replacement.

Section 4

Images, Videos, and Personal Privacy

When uploading images, videos, or text, please protect both your own privacy and the privacy of others.

  • Other people's IDs, phone numbers, home addresses, dormitories, private residences, or personal information
  • Content that prominently shows another person's face without consent
  • Private relationships, private chats, or sensitive personal experiences
  • Photos, videos, or text that may expose the privacy of minors
  • Other people's photography, video works, or social media content without permission
  • License plates, documents, work information, medical information, family information, or other private data
  • Content that may allow others to locate, identify, or harass someone

If you post photos taken in public places, please avoid making unrelated people the main subject. If other people appear in the frame, choose forms of expression that do not highlight their faces or expose their privacy. Real records should not come at the cost of violating someone else's privacy.

Section 5

Culture, Cities, and Local Expression

Sundaryah involves cities, landscapes, history, cultural places, and local memories. We encourage truthful, nuanced, and multi-perspective expression, but not simplification, stereotyping, or disrespect.

  • Stereotyping a city, region, or group of people
  • Describing local culture in a sensational, mocking, or careless way
  • Reducing complex history and culture to a single label
  • Spreading unverified local rumors
  • Disrespectful expression toward religion, ethnicity, folk traditions, or historical memory
  • Evaluating a place's way of life from a superior position
  • Treating other people's everyday lives as objects of curiosity

You may express personal feelings, but remember that every place carries real people, history, and culture. You may say “I felt unfamiliar here,” but avoid turning unfamiliarity into contempt. You may say “I have not fully understood this place,” but avoid replacing complex cultural experience with simple labels.

Section 6

Interaction and Comments

Interactive features on Sundaryah include but are not limited to: Leave an Echo, Save, Gently Read, Documentary Notes, Little Footprints interactions, Written Footprints display, documentary detail page interactions, and responses related to the Cultural Market and Travel Routes. These features are not designed to create arguments — they help users leave responses, save memories, and express feelings.

  • You may express different opinions, but do not attack others
  • You may add information, but do not dismiss others from a superior position
  • You may share your own experience, but do not force judgments on others
  • Do not spam, repeat posts, or maliciously occupy public display spaces
  • Do not use interaction areas for ads, contact information, or irrelevant links
  • Do not deliberately misinterpret others
  • Do not respond with mockery, humiliation, or passive-aggressive language
  • Do not use someone else's private record as material for arguments

If you like a piece of content, you may gently read it, save it, or leave a kind echo. If you do not like it, you may quietly leave. Not every piece of content needs to be argued over.

Section 7

Platform Content Status

As the platform develops, Sundaryah may assign different display statuses to user content. Since the website is currently a personal academic research project under development and testing, some mechanisms may not yet be fully available.

  • Publicly displayed
  • Pending review
  • Temporarily hidden
  • Reduced display priority
  • Deleted by the user
  • Removed by the platform
  • Waiting for review after being reported

These statuses are not meant to restrict normal expression, but to protect platform order, copyright boundaries, user privacy, and community atmosphere.

Section 8

How the Platform May Respond

If content clearly violates these guidelines, the platform may take appropriate action depending on the situation.

  • Send a reminder
  • Reduce content visibility
  • Temporarily hide content
  • Remove violating content
  • Limit posting or interaction functions for related accounts
  • Take further action for serious violations
  • Limit the display of repeatedly violating content
  • Manually review content suspected of infringement, privacy violations, or malicious attacks

Since Sundaryah is currently a personal academic research project under development and testing, review, reminder, reporting, and moderation mechanisms may be adjusted as the website develops. If you believe your content has been handled incorrectly, you may contact the platform through the contact email provided on the website.

Section 9

User Reports and Feedback

If reporting features are added in the future, users may report the following types of issues.

  • Copyright infringement or pirated resources
  • Malicious attacks or harassment
  • False or misleading information
  • Ads, traffic promotion, or spam
  • Privacy violations
  • Vulgar, violent, or disturbing content
  • Content clearly unrelated to the platform

The platform will judge reports based on content nature, impact, and context. Reporting features should not be used for malicious attacks, retaliation, or suppressing different opinions.

Section 10

Minors and Sensitive Content

If content involves minors, please be especially careful.

  • Clear facial photos of minors without necessary protection
  • A minor's school, address, contact information, or private details
  • Content that may expose a minor's daily movement patterns
  • Comments, mockery, attacks, or excessive attention directed at minors

If content involves disaster, pain, illness, death, poverty, conflict, or other serious topics, avoid sensational expression. You may record truth, but should not consume other people's suffering.

Section 11

Accounts and Personal Display

If Sundaryah opens account systems, user centers, or personal profiles in the future, users should remain truthful, restrained, and respectful.

  • Impersonate others
  • Use another person's avatar, photos, or personal information
  • Use nicknames with offensive, discriminatory, or vulgar meanings
  • Use personal profiles for ads, traffic promotion, or malicious publicity
  • Post large amounts of repeated content that disrupt platform display order

The user center should be a space for personal records and content management, not a tool for conflict or commercial spam.

12. Sundaryah's Platform Positioning

Sundaryah is not a traditional social media platform, nor is it a documentary streaming platform. It is closer to: a documentary discovery entrance, a city and cultural exploration platform, a travel route inspiration space, a personal footprint recording platform, and a note system for viewing responses and cultural associations.

We encourage
  • Gentle expression
  • Truthful records
  • Cultural understanding
  • City observation
  • Thoughts from walking
  • Respect for other people's stories
We do not encourage
  • Emotional attacks
  • Malicious conflict
  • Copyright copying
  • Traffic spam
  • Vulgar sensationalism
  • False packaging
  • Treating others' experiences as objects of consumption

13. The Community Atmosphere We Hope to Build

This is not a place designed for noise. We hope every footprint, note, and echo on Sundaryah can retain:

TruthfulnessKindnessRestraintRespectCultural thoughtfulnessUnderstanding of other people's storiesAppreciation for cities, landscapes, and everyday detailsHumility toward the worlds presented by documentariesPatience toward different places, lives, and memories

You do not need to write perfectly or professionally. You only need to record sincerely and respect the people, places, and stories you write about.

Thank you for leaving your fragments here. May every journey be remembered gently.
